WHO ARE WE?
Komstad Covenant Church is part of the Evangelical Covenant Denomination (Click below for more info).
Our church was founded in 1885 by Scandinavian immigrants. Today we are one of the most ethnically diverse denominations in North America.
We are a fast growing denomination in the United States. We have more than 850 congregations throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are organized into 11 regions called conferences.
In addition we have global partnerships around the world in many foreign countries.
How Can You Grow in April?
In the past few weeks, we have been blogging about how we can become
stronger in our Faith as Believers. Thus far, we have explored the first two Key Areas: Self & Group. This month, we will move on into Area 3: Others.
SELF has to do with Praying Daily, Reading and Studying the Bible, and Worshipping the Lord. These things can and should be done when we are alone with the Lord.
GROUP focuses on the value of Worshipping Together, Attending Church Services & Activities, and Fellowship.
These are activities that Christians do in Large Groups. There is an impact that comes when we reach out in a broader way to others and also attempt to grow deeper in relationship with them and with God.
OTHERS comes into play when we take the time and make the sacrifice to get personally involved in the lives of other people in a meaningful way. This occurs when we Give, Share our Faith and Serve Others.

On Sundays March 29 & April 5th, we will enjoy a short 2 Week Series entitled "Jesus is the King!"
We'll be exploring Old Testament Prophecies about a Coming King, Follow Him into Jerusalem on a donkey, and then explore what His Enemies (and a New Friend) say about Him and His Kingdom in the Last Few Hours of His Life!
